I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay feel special. The location is a bit far from the town, which could be a downside if you want to explore more, and the entertainment at night is limited unless you’re into the casino. Our stay at Merit Park was a mixed bag. While the structure of the hotel is commendable and the person in charge was exceptionally professional, we faced several issues with staff attitude and responsiveness. The dining experience was decent, but the service left much to be desired, and the pool area could use more sunbeds. Given the price we paid, I expected a higher level of service and experience.
